Venue Report
Thorough analysis on the overall performance of the venue and each individual stock item. The report details:
- Total revenue taken during stock period inc/exc VAT
- The overall gross profit of the venue
- Any surplus / deficits the venue is running
- An item by item description of cost / selling prices
- Stock on hand
- Stock purchases
- Allowances / Promotions / Wastage
- Gross Profit of each individual item
Venue Analysis
The Venue Report gives provides a basis on which we can analyse how the venue has performed on the most recent stock audit. This report also shows previous stock audit results, allowing you to compare the current and previous stock results. The analysis helps clarify how the venue is functioning both short and long term.
The analysis includes:
- Revenue
- Profit
- Surplus / Deficits
- Allowances / Wastage
PLU Variance Report
This report highlights shortages / missing stock item by item. The report compares the PLU sales from the till against the actual stock report sales.
Once any wastage / breakages were accounted for, the report can show shortages on the products to the nearest pint, shot, bottle or glass.
The report also highlights any items that were short on the previous two audits. This helps us to establish where loses on both stock and profit are occurring.
Catering Listings
The Catering Listings report shows a full breakdown of all catering stock, costings and stock on hand. The report provides the total cost of the stock on the premises on the day of the audit.
Catering Trading Account
The Catering Trading Account report shows the Gross Profit performance on the catering for the recent audit in addition to the running total for revenue and Gross Profit for the year.
